Shipping
Policy
We
process and ship most orders within 1 to 2 days and lead time takes about 3
to 7 business days for shipping via UPS Ground to 48 contiguous United
States depending on your location. Special order items and may require
longer lead time (usually 4 to 6 weeks) which we will inform you by e-mail.
To ensure
prompt delivery, please verify your shipping address before submitting the
order. Only one address per order. If you need to sent to different
addresses, you must enter them as separate orders. We may ship items from
the same order in separate boxes with no additional charge. Shipping
address must be street address, no P.O. Boxes allowed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you the
UPS Tracking No. by e-mail. You can check your shipment detail with your
Tracking No. at UPS web-site.

ships all domestic orders via UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. For
oversize items , we will send them by Common Carrier. Please provide a
business address for Common Carrier shipment. Use the Shipping Chart below

Payment Method
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment
is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within
72 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Cashier Check and Money order
When ordering by cashier check or money order, be sure to include shipping
charge and handling charge List of products you wish to order, your
shipping address, contact information and telephone number must be sent

Please note that orders by Money order or Cashier check will be shipped out
upon receipt. Returned checks are subjected to a $25.00 service charge.
Dishonored checks are subjected to penalty set by the State of California
State of Law (chapter 552 Sec.1719) and all other related collection cost
including attorney fees.
Return
and Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Damages and
evidence of tempering on the outer packaging must be noted on the Delivery
Receipt of the driver. If your order arrives with obvious damaged, you can
refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the merchandise to
us. Upon receipt, we will ship out replacement order immediately. If you
discover damage after you have accepted the delivery, simply call the
shipper (usually UPS) and file a damage claim. They will reimburse you for
the value of the damaged item.
If you are
not satisfy with the purchase, notify us immediately for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#)
before you return for refund or exchange. All returns must be in original
packaging, in brand new condition, unused, uninstalled, and shipped to us
within 3 days upon the receipt of your order, NO RESTOCKING FEE charge and
customer will be responsible the shipping charge when we first ship out.
Partsngo will take off the shipping charge and credit the remaining to
their credit card account. After 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be
charged and return shipping charge should be prepaid. All returns after 10
days of delivery subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shall not be
accepted for any reason after 14 days of delivery. Items that have been
installed, used, or damaged due to improper installation cannot be returned
for any reason. Bulbs cannot be returned for any reason after sealed bulb
package has been opened. Absolutely no return for special order item.
Please specify your order number, name of product being returned, and the
reason for the return on the RGA Form e-mailed to you. We will arrange a
refund or exchange if your return meets the above requirement. Do not
forget to enclose the RGA Form with the return order. Cost of shipping for
item returned is customer responsibility.
When the
items need to be exchange or return for replacement. We suggest our
customer to ship the part to us first. If you need us to ship the
replacement ahead. We require to bill our customer's credit card the amount
same as the one what they've paid for and $5.00 for transaction fee being
charged by bank, when we receive the returned part, we will refund the
remaining amount after the $5.00 transaction fee. Customer agrees all the
terms and any questions please call Partsngo to find out more.
Although we
do our best to ship the right parts to you, mistake can happen sometimes.
If you received a wrong order, call us within 48 hours upon receipt. We
will pick it up and ship the correct order as soon as we have confirmed
that the wrong part is on its way back to us.
Please
contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible if you need to cancel
your order. We cannot cancel order once it has entered the shipping
process. You will be charged for order which has been shipped.
Manufacturer'
warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse, improper
installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorized repairs,
alteration or modifications. Further, This warranty does not cover any
freight charges, cost of parts removal, consequential or subsequent
damages, and normal wear and tear.
Warranty
will be void if damaged return during shipping, customer will be
responsible to claim the carrier by their own. Customer is responsible to
buy insurance when the item needed to ship back to Partsngo by their own.
If Partsngo
determines any returned item is not defective and does not require warranty
services. PartsNGo has the right to bill for all shipping and handling cost
to returned non-defective products.
PartsNGo cover one year manufacturer's warranty from the day that you received your parts
ONLY FOR LED TAIL LIGHT AND PROJECTOR HEAD LIGHT. SIX MONTHS (6) FOR THE
REST OF THE PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS.
(Any Replacement parts warranty count as the first order day that they
placed the order on)
