- Partsngo.com prvoided UPS Freight as default shipping option, the shipping rate quote shows on check out page is for reference only, all orders will be process and recaculated for final shipping rate to ensure the most accurate shipping charge to save your cost. You will receive an email for updated shipping rate and shipping quantity when your order was prepared and ready to ship. You are also welcome to arrange your favor trucking company by contacting our sales deparment. For California Customers, most of the time delivery of your order will be within 48hrs of business days after shipment.

We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. - All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Partsngo Customer Service through email or telephone.
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for defacted item replacement within: 1 year
- Restocking Fee: 15% for good product returns
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Partsngo.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Ordering
- Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the registration process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.
